Rachel Kupfer is a photographer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles.
She has photographed music events for brands around the world, including Framework, Midnight Lovers, and Amlou in Los Angeles; Ultra, Full Moon Festival, and Savaya in Bali; and FNGRS CRSSD in San Diego. In 2024, Rachel was a photographer at Burning Man, developed and co-directed a six-part surf documentary in Indonesia, and exhibited her analog photography at Gallery 612 and Mantra Uluwatu.
Inspired by themes of impermanence, joy, and gratitude, Rachel graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in journalism. She spent four years on the staff with EDM.com, growing from an unpaid intern to a weekly contributor, while simultaneously working in the film industry as a creative producer and researcher.
